1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and l83com ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the l83com website, mobile platform, casino games, sportsbook, payment services, and any other related features or content (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the l83com registration process, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any part of the l83com Services, you are affirming your unconditional acceptance of these Terms as they exist at the time of that action. 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the l83com platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party;
• You are not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction from participating in online gaming or sports betting;
• You have not previously been excluded from l83com or had an account suspended for breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an employee or contractor of l83com or its associated operators, game providers, or licensed partners;
• You are accessing l83com from a jurisdiction where such access is not unlawful.

2.1 Age Verification Procedure

l83com implements mandatory age verification as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") compliance obligations. Before any withdrawal request is processed, you will be required to submit satisfactory proof of age. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence issued by the Pakistani government or another internationally recognised authority. l83com may request these documents at any point during the account lifecycle and may suspend or restrict an account pending satisfactory verification.

Where l83com has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended. Any balance held in such an account will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on l83com. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. l83com employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the l83com registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your account information to reflect any changes. l83com shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your l83com account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify l83com Support immediately via the live chat function available within the account dashboard. l83com will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

l83com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in the l83com Cashier at the time of the transaction. Accepted payment methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, 1LINK, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. l83com reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit on l83com is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• l83com does not accept deposits made with funds sourced from illegal or unlawful activity. Any deposit suspected to involve proceeds of crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account immediately suspended.
• Deposit processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly; bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the details held on your l83com account.
• All pending active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements must be forfeited or completed prior to processing a withdrawal, unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms.
• l83com reserves the right to conduct enhanced KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Supporting identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation may be requested.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to successful verification. l83com is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking intermediaries.
• l83com reserves the right to limit the frequency or amount of withdrawals at its reasonable discretion for fraud prevention purposes.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

l83com may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to registered players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a Bonus's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific Bonus terms shall apply to that Bonus only.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the individual Bonus terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one Bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless l83com expressly permits otherwise.
• Abuse: l83com reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where Bonus abuse, bonus stacking, or fraudulent wagering patterns are detected.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically without compensation.
• Right to Withdraw: l83com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Casino & Sportsbook Rules

All casino games available on the l83com platform, including slots, live dealer games, Teen Patti, Tower, and table games, are subject to the individual game rules supplied by the respective game provider. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, l83com reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Player's account.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on l83com, including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, UFC, and kabaddi markets, are subject to the l83com Sportsbook Rules. l83com reserves the right to void, cancel, or adjust any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of the event is in question, or where the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on l83com. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of wagering. l83com reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where suspicious betting patterns or potential exploitation of pricing errors is detected.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or data error affecting any game or betting event on l83com, the Platform's decision regarding the outcome of the affected game or bet shall be final. l83com will make commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct affected transactions from server logs, but cannot guarantee the recovery of all game states. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l83com platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the l83com platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering or operating more than one account on l83com;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to access, scrape, or interact with the l83com platform without express written permission;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated wagering designed to exploit the platform or other players;
• Engaging in chip dumping, money laundering, or any other financial crime through the l83com Cashier;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the l83com platform for financial gain;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the l83com platform or its underlying technology;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward l83com staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your l83com account by any third party.

8. Responsible Gaming

l83com is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We recognise that gambling, while entertaining for the majority of players, can cause harm when it is not approached with appropriate caution and self-awareness. l83com provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help players manage their activity on the platform.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within the account settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the total losses incurred within a defined time period. l83com will notify the player when the limit is approaching.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that remind them of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years. 9. Account Suspension & Closure

l83com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification or age verification within the timeframe specified by l83com;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Reasonable suspicion that the player is under 21 years of age;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to any applicable dormant account policy;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player;
• Direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, l83com reserves the right to void all pending bets and Bonuses and to forfeit any balance in the account in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines. Where account closure is at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and technology available on the l83com platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks, are the proprietary property of l83com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the l83com platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the l83com platform without the prior written consent of l83com. Any unauthorised use of l83com intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, l83com, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the l83com platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform;
• Technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond l83com's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Errors in displayed odds, game outcomes, or account balances subsequently corrected by l83com;
• Actions taken by l83com in good faith in response to suspected fraud or Terms violations.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of damages, l83com's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits l83com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy & Data

l83com's collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the l83com Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the l83com platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. l83com processes personal data in accordance with international data protection standards and uses collected data solely for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the l83com platform, you should first contact l83com Support via the live chat feature available within your account dashboard. l83com's Support team will aim to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with l83com Support, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by l83com's international gaming license authority. l83com's decision on all gaming disputes, including those relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and Bonus eligibility, shall be final and binding, subject only to review by the applicable regulatory dispute resolution process.

Players must submit any formal complaint within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. l83com will not consider complaints submitted outside of this timeframe.

14. Amendments to These Terms

l83com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, l83com will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top.

Your continued use of the l83com platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish, request account closure through l83com Support.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which l83com holds its international gaming license. By using the l83com platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to l83com's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
